Ordering Instructions

Would you like to place an order with Allsclean.com, but are not sure how? The experience is very similar to every day shopping in a store, except it can be done right here online! Just follow these simple instructions, and happy shopping!

Browse our extensive and ever-expanding selection of high quality products.

Add desired items to your order by clicking on the button labeled "Add to Cart." From there, you can begin the basic ordering process. The item will remain in your cart wherever else you decide to go within our store.

To view the contents of your shopping cart at any time, simply click on the "View Cart" button located in the top right corner of the page. A cart summary also appears in the top right corner

Items may be removed from your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove X" button next to the item. You may change the Qty field and click "Update Total" to update the quantity desired.

To Check out simply select the button labeled " Proceed to Checkout" or click the "Checkout" link in the top right-hand side of the page at any time.
 
If any Allsclean.com purchase ever fails to meet your satisfaction, for any reason, just return it for an exchange or a full and prompt refund. Depending on the reason for the exchange/return, Allsclean.com reserves the right to charge customers as specified below.  Allsclean.com does not reimburse for the cost of shipping on returned items.


Order Processing and Shipping
 
Orders are usually sent out the next day via priority mail or UPS and you should receive it generally within 2 to 7 business days, depending upon where you live in proximity to our Baltimore warehouse. Friday afternoon and weekend orders are usually shipped out the first thing Monday morning.
 
We will be happy to ship items via overnight or next day service, but you must request this service at the time that you place your order. The fees for these services are posted in the shopping cart.
 
We make every effort to ship items via the most economical way possible.

Exchange / Return Policy
 
We want you to be satisfied. If you are ever unhappy with anything you order from Allsclean.com, please contact us via email and we will work directly with you to figure out the best solution.
 
You MUST submit a Return Authorization Request in order for us to be able to process an exchange/return. Once an RA# is received, it should be included on the package being sent to the Allsclean so we can match the box to the paperwork when it arrives.
 

NOTE:

Returns and Exchanges can now be initiated and administered from within your account. Please login to access this functionality.
 

Unopened Packages: Allsclean.com will accept returns with a RA # and will not charge a restocking fee.  Any return without a RA # is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
 
Opened packages (1st 30 days) – return, repair, upgrade We'll happily exchange any item that doesn't meet your satisfaction in the 1st 30 days for one that does. However, the original merchandise must be returned before we can send you a replacement. You are also eligible to return the merchandise for full credit. Any merchandise that is being returned for credit must include all original packing, accessories and an RA#.
 

 
Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Allsclean.com will refund your credit card the cost of a returned product but will rebill the card for the cost of shipping.  Allsclean.com does not reimburse for the cost of shipping for returned products.
